50% OFF WEDDING GOWNS AT MIDNIGHT CONFETTI!!

As many of you already know, the Seaway International Bridge which connects Cornwall to Akwesasne and Massena was shut down for about six weeks. I'm not going to get into the politics of that now but I did want to let everyone know about a fantastic sale that's come about as a result.

Midnight Confetti Bridal Boutique, which is located in Akwesasne, was closed for the duration or the bridge dispute. This week they are open for business and are kicking off their re-opening with a HUGE liquidation sale. Every in-stock item has been marked down 50% or MORE!!! If you're looking for a wedding gown you have to check out Midnight Confetti first.

Check out the website here (but don't linger too long... you'll want to get to the store to check out the stock first-hand). The store is located at 167 International Road, Unit # 3 Peace Tree Mall, Cornwall Island (613) 932-2828.

Are you still reading this? C'mon... get out of here! Those dresses are going to go FAST!

Custom Stationery for Any Budget

I love stationery and I think it's SO important for the overall look of a wedding that the stationery reflects the theme AND that it remains consistent throughout. This means that the Save-the-Dates, the Invitations, the RSVPs, the Thank You Notes, the place cards, the menu cards, the programs, and any other little notes or pieces of paper that you have hanging around your wedding should all look like they came from the same source.

Achieving this doesn't necessarily mean that you have to hire a stationer to design all of your stationery from start to finish (although this would be ideal). If you have the time to make everything yourself then you can make everything come together by creating a recurring theme. This can be as simple as purchasing a stamp! You can have a stamp custom-made with your names and wedding date on it or choose a rubber stamp at a craft store that reflects the theme and feel of your wedding and go stamp-crazy on everything!

It's such a simple thing but it makes a big impact.

You can also customize your stationery using ribbon, pieces of punched paper, or a computer graphic. How do you customize your wedding stationery?
